Would you proceed by allowing the framers, electricians, and plumbers do what ever they wanted?

With no plan in mind at the outset there would likely be no coherent usability for the building, even if the entire crew were skilled at their individual jobs. Without a blueprint for the project there is no direction for the construction crew, there is nothing that lets them know how and where to apply their energy.

That same principle holds true no matter what you are creating in your life, be it your career, a new home, or your business. It is the plan, blueprint, or design of anything you are building that actually directs the forces of creation. Your creation begins moving into form when you take your unformed, invisible ideas and create the blueprint or framework of what you are manifesting.

Even with a plan you can still be flexible for changes that may come up along the way when you discover something new or simply feels it needs adjustment for where you are at the time. You may shift or change your plan at anytime. A plan doesn’t create rigidness, it creates structure. It gives shape to your creation. When you know how to work with the critical dynamic interchange between the formless mental realm of Air, and the formed physical realm of Earth, you are better able to effectively create anything. The mental realm of Air actually directs the forces of creation.

Now, there is a subtle difference between forcing and directing a creation. Forcing means you overly impose your will on the creation and directing means you help effectively shape it. An example of this would be forcing the land to suit your building, instead of shaping the building to suit the land.

When you effectively direct your creations, you pay attention to the landscape that is already present (who you are, what your skilled at, what’s next in the expansion of your life or business). From there, you shape your formless ideas, desires, and dreams into form in a way that aligns with who you are and what is important to you and your business from a soul level.

7 Secret Tips for Creating A Dynamic Year

Here’s how to design, energize, and activate a clear blueprint your best year ever:

1. Connect to your unique essence desires. Creating your best year ever starts with knowing what it is you actually want to bring into your life. Anytime you passionately connect to your true heart centered desires without feeling like you have to follow the crowd, then give yourself full permission to receive your dreams, the easier it becomes to actually call them forth.

2. Develop a dynamic design. Once you know what it is you want to bring forth then you need a clear strategic blueprint. You don’t need to fill in all the details but once you start putting your design on paper you gain insights into how things can happen and they start to unfold. Allow your plan to be dynamic to change and evolve over time. This gives you full permission to adjust as you go along, but the energy of the plan immediately begins to draw your desires to you.

3. Consciously activate your plan. Just as a seed in the ground needs the warming fire of the sun to spring to life your plan needs activating. You need to consciously turn up your inner fire with the intention to activate your dreams. Dancing with the intention to activate is the most potent and effective way to do this.

4. Align each elemental realm of creation for success. Having a vision for your year and developing a blueprint from that vision engages the mental realm and the element of Air. When you ground your desires with a plan in writing you use the earthly physical realm. By allowing yourself to feel the joy of your dreams being fulfilled you open for the support of the watery emotional realm. Taking action and applying energy toward your creation brings your desires to life with Fire. Spirit adds grace to your creations the more you listen to the guiding messages that come from within. You need the alignment of all these elemental realms for full success.

5. Hold steadfast even when your dreams haven’t emerged yet. This maybe the most challenging component of the creation process. If you wavier in your feelings, focus, or energy while your dreams and desires are growing you dilute and can sometimes even sabotage your efforts. Just as you must know seeds develop underground out of sight before bearing fruit you need to remember the same thing is true for your creations. They happen first in the invisible before they come into the visible, not the other way around.

6. Use the power of rhythm to consistently energize your plan. In the same way you need to eat regularly to stay energized or a plant needs to be fertilized to produce fruit your creations need to be energized. The best way to add energy is to use the start of the lunar growing cycle each month by connecting to the new moon. 7. Measure your results and adjust. The more your desires are measurable each year the easier it will be to know how you are doing with aligning your creation energy. It has the capacity to see things from all sides, to honor each person’s point of view, to balance opposites, to consider options, and to mediate well. It creates safe space for all the gates of awareness to be valued. Libra’s cooperative social skills makes it a good partner, hostess, and companion. Relationship is Libra’s spiritual path.

Libra New Moon
The Libra new moon creates a wonderful window to bring forth balance in all your relationships. Your relationships include the people around you, your relationship to yourself, and also your relationship to the all the elemental realms. Relationships in the physical realm includes your body, your finances, your home, your car, your business, all the physical matter of your life.

Questions to ask yourself here are: Where do I need to create more balance in my physical world? In relation to my body, do I need to increase the balance between movement and non-moving activities? Do I need to balance the food I ingest with my calories burned more effectively?

For my finances, do I need to balance income in with expenses to a greater degree? Do I need to balance the time spent managing my financial world with the time I spend working? Does my home or car need any attention in order for them to function with more balance?

Emotionally you can reflect on the balance between you and the people in your life to determine if any adjustments need to be made. With the Air realm you can ask yourself if you are balancing time spent in mental activities with time connected to your physical and emotional world? Then with Fire, consider if your time spent in action and doing is balanced by time spent in rest and reflection?

In relation to the Spiritual realm, ask yourself if you balance the time spent dealing with your physical world with your spiritual development? Libra provides you with a wonderful opportunity to look around your environment to determine where greater balance can be found in any area of your life. When you do discover where you need more balance you can use the Libra new moon to energize your intentions.

Choose the one or two ideas you need most to work with then focus on those. New moon intentions are most effective when there is only one or two to concentrate on in any moon cycle.

Autumnal Equinox, also called Mabon, occurs each year somewhere around September 21st or 22nd. This year the exact point falls on the 23rd. It sits directly across the Wheel of the Year from Spring Equinox and here again you find light and dark perfectly balanced. As the halfway point from Summer Solstice to Winter Solstice, Autumnal Equinox brings the awareness that change is in the air. At this time of year, you are called to let go of the growing phase of the cycle, allowing it to fall away just as the leaves begin to fall from the trees.

The Earth’s seasonal cycle can be likened to your daily cycle. One seasonal cycle to her is equivalent to one of your days. Spring represents her morning, summer her noon and afternoon, autumn her evening, and winter her night and deep sleep. She then wakes in the spring and begins her “day” all over again, just as you do. This time of year feels like dusk, as the sun begins the setting process, and things start to wind down.

Since equinoxes represent a time when the light and dark exist in sacred balance, it provides you with an opportunity to tune into the balance of your life. As the sun moves into Libra, it also brings the teaching of balance. As teacher of balance in relationships it shows you how to honor another’s point of view, balance opposites, and consider options.

During this window you can evaluate things that may need your attention in order to come into greater harmony and alignment. Notice if you need to balance anything in your life to more effectively bring your desires into being? Perhaps you need to balance your active outer world actions with more quiet restful energy or balance your time indoors with more time spent in nature. Or maybe you need to focus your actions to get some energy flowing. You can simply ask internally what is it in you that needs to be balanced at this time so you can begin making the necessary changes.

In addition to working with balance during this second harvest time you want to honor and celebrate all that you have brought forth during this growing cycle. Appreciation of all that has come forth provides you with energy to go forward in your creations.

Once you have fully honored your success then you can notice what its time to leave behind or let go of. You can ask yourself, “What things in life do I need to release so that they can find a new home or to a new life?” This creates a great window to give away unneeded items and release old unproductive ways of doing things.

When you think about this combination of energies, what opens in you? Does the combination stimulate new ways of showing up as an innovative leader in your field?

This duo brings unusual ways to get your message out and be seen, a mighty Air and Fire combination. The trick with Air and Fire is that they require fast action on the innovative ideas they bring. Because fresh Air innovation blows in quickly, you have to move to set in motion the idea gifts they deliver.

~ Fine-tune your inner listening skills by really tuning in to all the ideas coming through. Take notes, and be prepared to act quickly.

~ Allow some time for Air to bring a renewed vision for your life during this three-day window. Dance. Move. Breathe.  Go out in the moonlight and listen to your inner guidance. Write down any images or impressions you receive.

Let me give you an example of how important knowing how to apply them can be if you are a teacher, trainer, or facilitator. Basically if you are teaching anyone, anything, you need to be sure and include each of the elements.

Earth/Physical: You need a step-by-step system that layers in the skills of your subject effectively. Each stage of development needs to be mastered before you add in the next level of learning. You want to take the learner from their current abilities to the desired accomplished skill capacity.

Water/Emotional: Your learners need to feel emotionally safe and supported to expand their abilities. When your trainees or students are fearful or frustrated they contract and it makes it challenging to absorb the subject. You need to help them move beyond their contracted feelings into emotional stability and competency.

Air/Mental: The thoughts and beliefs your learners hold about themselves and the subject are critical to their overall success. As the educator you build a mindset bridge from your students current mental models to the chosen outcome. You help the learner to focus their mental energy in order to develop their next skill set.

Fire/Action: Part of the job of a facilitator involves inspiring others to take action. Learners must apply energy toward any skill they are developing to achieve mastery. As a teacher you demonstrate accomplishment each time you actively show the end result.

Spirit/Essence: The more you can help your trainees fully engage and connect to the subject the deeper the learning will be for them. You also uncover the unique talents of each student and help them to bring out their abilities. As you assist them in choosing to be more effective in the subject area you draw out their success.

Leaving out any one of the elemental realms weakens your teaching results. As a facilitator, teacher, or trainer adding an understanding and basic skills with the elements can help your personal life and it can improve your training results tremendously.
