Air impacts everything in your life and yet you don’t see it- only it’s effects. This potent invisible element functions in the mental realm. It influences your thoughts, your use of words, your ability to communicate, the sounds you create and hear, your consciousness, and the quality of your energetic vibration.
With your first breath Air animates your physical body and completes your current earthly experience with your last. In relation to the other elements, Air moves fast and it not easily contained.
Just as the hawk soars on Air current, this invisible transmitter creates technological interactions. Words and images travel through the airwaves with cell phones, internet, radio, and television.

Fear of technology certainly held my business growth back for years and I didn’t even realize it. Frankly I was terrified and overwhelmed every time I even thought about learning more. People around me kept suggesting I do various on-line promotional things but I couldn’t even bring myself to investigate them.
It reached a critical breaking point a couple of years ago when I got a new iPhone and a computer program for gifts over the holidays. I know it sounds ridiculous now but I had an emotional melt down trying to learn to use them. That’s when I realized I was in big trouble. I made a decision right then and there that I was going to do whatever it took to get up to speed technologically.
Now I’ve learned to do my own website, upload video’s to Youtube, sell products on the web, and facilitate on-line. This has completely revolutionized the way I do business. I’ve expanded to a global market increasing my ability to reach and teach more people. None of this would have been possible until I embraced my fear of technology.
Are your beliefs limiting your prosperity flow?

Your thoughts and beliefs form vibrations. Those vibrations have power, the power to create. Each thought vibration is like a seed carrying potential substance into the realm of creation. How you interpret, think, and feel about everything you encounter arises out of your belief system and impacts your vibration. It acts as a lens through which you filter life.
Unless you have consciously chosen your beliefs, you are still carrying the ones you learned in childhood. It’s often not easy to realize the limiting nature of those beliefs and how much they impact your life experience.
A belief like, “You have to work hard and sacrifice for what you get in life,” sets a certain tone that impacts your prosperity flow. A completely different vibration comes from the belief “All my needs and desires come to me effortlessly and easily,” or “I create my life dreams with ease and grace.” Your personal awareness expands as you examine your beliefs to determine if they were consciously chosen or unconsciously passed down to you.

Duds, all of them. I felt the words running through my head, along with my own frustration. Known as a lively, engaging teacher and facilitator, I couldn’t seem to get the room full of hopeful writers to respond.
Was it because it was Monday? Was it because it was raining? Did they eat breakfast? Or were they completely brain dead? I decided to go with the latter, and awaken the zombies. After all, they needed their brains as well as their bodies if they planned to write anything worth reading.
As a writer, coach and Natural Rhythms Sacred Dance Facilitator, I know what most of the individuals in the room do not. That word and breath are intrinsically connected. That the sacred act of communication and human understanding starts in the body. I take a deep breath, and shift gears. I clear my head, step into presence.
“Okay, everybody stop what you’re doing. Put down your pencils. I’m putting on a piece of music. Pick out one of the instruments, and move around the room acting as though you’re that instrument come to life. Don’t think, just move.” I have one of the participants turn out the lights; there’s enough coming in the window. I set the ground rules: each person must move around the room at least once; no touching or bumping; be willing to risk. I start the track, and then, because there’s a pause of disbelief, I join in, encourage, direct traffic.
