Natural Rhythms™ Creation Coaching

If so, experience the power of working with the elements through a Natural Rhythms™ one-on-one creation coaching session. Our coaching sessions take a unique approach to helping you actively create your life and access deeper levels of your inner wisdom.

Earth, Water, Air, Fire, and Spirit all have ways to assist you in clearing out old beliefs, emotions, or energy you no longer need and then they teach you direct their force in the creation of your life.

This type of coaching works with you internally and externally, and on one or all the realms; physical, mental, emotional, energetic, action, and/or spiritual. Creational coaching can assist you in taking aligned action to get projects into form, doing the emotional clearing needed to bring in a relationship, finding your creative expression, balance your life, create greater levels of abundance, connect to your life purpose and much more.

Supplementing your in person workshops and home study course work with personal coaching boosts your creational abilities enormously. Private time with a coach provides you with an opportunity to receive personal support for letting go of outdated patterns and beliefs, and focus on learning to more effectively apply the elements to create your desires.

Types of Sessions

Life Purpose Session
Connect with a deeper sense of what you came into this life to be and do. Discover the energies of your inner feminine and masculine, learn how to harmonize them and direct them toward your life purpose. Gain a greater understanding of how you think and how to work with all the various energies you contain with-in you. For a complete session, a date of birth, place, and time (if possible) need to be provided.

This foundational session is based on your personal elemental energies and the 12 Astrological Gates of Awareness, through the lens of Shamanic Astrology. This session provides you with a fundamental understanding of the elemental energies you work with and helps you to more effectively align them to create your dreams.

Energy Clearing Session
Clearing old patterns and beliefs forms an essential part of personal and spiritual growth. Sometimes you need assistance to see your own patterns clearly. In this session, receive assistance to move through your outdated patterns in the physical, emotional, mental, action, or spiritual realms and reclaim new found energy for your creations.

Natural Rhythms™ Creation Session
Working creationally involves learning to hold a unifed field with all the elemental forces and consciously direct your energy. Through this coaching session discover which elements need more assistance in your creational dance and increase your skill at bringing your dreams into grounded reality.
