In this series, you learn:

The Foundational Power course, available as a group workshop and home study course, gives you the basic tools of each element and the core power they develop in you. Once you have completed NR100 the Foundational Elemental Powers there are more ways for you to learn and grow with NR200 Creation Timings & NR300 Life Design. Full completion of any program includes a certificate of completion and contributes toward an optional Natural Rhythms Degree.
