What do you need to develop in 2010?

Today is the peak of the Wheel of the Year point of Imbolc. This energy stirs the seeds of what has been growing and developing inside you over the longer inner focused days of winter. Pay careful attention to what is moving within today. Take note of anything that surfaces in your awareness that will help you develop and expand your capacity.
Sometimes expanding your capacity means doing deeper inner clearing of old energies that are ready to be released. Other times it may mean actively focusing and targeting your energy and actions in order to reach your destination.

I really enjoyed our one to one conversation the other day and you left me with much food for thought. The concept of regeneration keeps coming up in my head and resonates with what we spoke about. I am committed to working on my own regeneration and helping my clients find the joy that is rightfully theirs to claim. Your wise and insightful ideas have helped clarify things for me. I still do feel a nagging voice in my head that keeps me from fully engaging.

Hm, I read this the day after you sent it and am happy to say that (even though I live in the southern hemisphere) my body has chosen this time to finally begin disposing of the toxins left over after I gave up cigarette smoking three years ago. Well, that’s how the kinesiologist who found this out for me yesterday expressed it, anyway!!!
) I am very pleased, as I’m sure carrying all that junk for so long has reduced my energy reserves to a considerable extent over the years. How wonderful to have Imbolc energy available to me to help with this new beginning.

Lisa, your writing on the energies of Imbolc rang very true for me yesterday…in a very real, tangible way.
I’ve been working toward helping my sister with her doctors’ appointments and working to get her Medicaid benefits so that we can have some support with respite care and other services for an adult with a developmental disability. It was as if a floodgate opened yesterday. Things that have been a struggle for me for the past two years began to fall so smoothly into place yesterday. Appointments, applications, phone calls.. all of it just “clicked” -finally. We are far from the end of this journey, but we certainly cleared a couple of critical hurdles. By the end of the day, I was exausted, but very satisfied to see these things move.
