Tammy Huber-Wilkins MD is an Adult Psychiatrist who has enjoyed over a decade in private practice specializing in Women’s Mental Healthcare. She is the director of The Center for Contemporary Therapies which offers a Mind-Body-Spirit approach to wellness. Tammy’s knowledge of the human psyche and her well developed listening and communication skills allow her to facilitate a playful and transformative group environment with ease. She is passionate about sharing fun and creative ways to change and improve virtually any aspect of your life.
