I love, Love, LOVE being a girl! I love opening up to my voice and my identity and my heart. And I know that to the degree I am able to open to my girl self, I can activate the power of that beingness. To be fully present with the girl I am in the face of being told or shown or commanded to be something less than my girl self in the Corporate world helped me wake up and respond by launching my companies — which, by the way, serve the Corporate world from a girl way of being — the feminine way of being — the facilitative way of being.

I hear personal stories all the time how women in Corporations are told to not be so passionate about their work (it makes people uncomfortable) or not to be so excited about their ideas (it makes people uncomfortable) or not to be so caring (it makes people uncomfortable). I say, lets make people uncomfortable, to feel the part of ourselves that allows us, invites us to be fully PRESENT, fully ENGAGED, fully AWAKE to our potential together.

Love the girl in yourself! Recognize and appreciate and LOVE the girl in every woman, man and child today and every day.

    Thanks Lisa for sharing this.
