Are you leaking or adding energy on the physical level?

Have you ever walked into a messy room and noticed that you suddenly feel overwhelmed? I know from experience, that if my desk is full of clutter I automatically feel like there is too much to do and I can’t focus effectively. Disorder causes energetic leaks. I know when I take a few minutes to bring order to a mess it frees my mind to focus on the task at hand.
Years ago when I was learning “Spiritual Laws,” the first law states that “a spiral swings out from disciplined order.” This means that a creation evolves or expands to its next level once the previous level has been brought into order. It is difficult to be effective at creation when there is a mess or disorder. The physical Earth realm functions best with order and beauty.
In business or in life, creating effective systems for handling things brings order and energy. Let’s take money clutter as an example. If your bills are all over the place it’s difficult to find them when it comes time to pay them. It takes extra time and starts the process with frustration. Elemental Clearing Tools for Your Life

With the holiday time upon us, stress levels often rise. It is important to have useful tools to recenter yourself and the elements can help.
The elements are powerful tools to clear energy and to balance and harmonize you when you are feeling out of sorts or drained by the environment you have been in. The important thing to remember is that your intention in working with the energy is what moves it. The clearer your intention, plan, or purpose, the better the process actually works.
I have been through a powerful initiation process with a Shaman in Peru and in that training learned that they have a slightly different way of looking at energy. Instead of qualifying energy by saying it is light or dark, they talk about it in terms of density. What is dense to one person may actually be lighter to another; it all depends on the persons sensitivity level and development. They also have a beautiful name for the earth mother…they call her Pachamama.
According to their tradition, she uses our dense energy as food, so to use the element of earth for clearing, go out in nature and stand on Pachamama. With intention, first by taking a deep breath, fill your body with light uplifting energy then consciously ask your body to drain any dense energy into the earth. When you feel complete, you will have the feeling of being much lighter. Be sure to thank Earth for her assistance.
