Earth Day 2012 Tools

This year’s Earth Day falls in the window of the Taurus New Moon making it a potent time to set intentions, both personally and collectively, that impact our precious planet and the people residing on her.
I have included two ways you can work with this Earth Day. The first is a handout I used in a keynote address recently and it has tools for working with every element personally and collectively. VERY handy not only for Earth Day, it is extremely useful for anytime you need a connect to the elements to stabilize your energy.

~ Freshen your wardrobe by ceremonially cleaning out your closet and releasing what you no longer need.
~ Create more beauty in your home, office, garden, and personal care.
~ Ceremonially make a romantic, lovely, and delicious meal. As you eat, appreciate every morsel and give gratitude for all the abundance you have in your life.
Business/Professional Action Suggestions:
~ Open to receive greater abundance in your business, and be grateful for your current blessings.
~ Create a list of anything else you need to come into place for a strong business foundation, and take solid steps toward building that foundation.
~ Evaluate your business management systems. Are there areas to strengthen?
~ Either review or create your business financial goals, expenses, income, and investments.
~ Develop new strategies for step-by-step business growth.
~ Appreciate each of the pieces you have already implemented in the last months and the last year in your business or career.

Refresh your physical world by spring-cleaning your house, freshening your garden, and fluffing your wardrobe and physical appearance.

Ever since 9/11 we’ve collectively experienced fear as an undercurrent in our lives. In the last few years, with the economic challenges worldwide the volume of the collective fear has been turned up even higher. Since we are all connected through sharing the element of Air, we all feel it. How we handle it and what we do with it is a different matter.
Many people don’t recognize this fear because it has been such a pervasive and chronic condition of their lives. When fear is instilled in childhood through parenting practices, an overly strict school environment, or religious training, it often forms an emotional core that goes unexamined and unreleased throughout adulthood. Over the years, more fear is simply layered on top with no realization of the accumulation.
The Astonishing Power of Rhythm to Activate Soul-Filled Success

Our lives run on rhythms. At the deepest level we are rhythmic creatures. Yet we hardly ever give these rhythms any thought regarding whether they serve to take us toward success or away from it. Most of the time, we function absentmindedly, rarely evaluating our habits and routines.
The movement of breath in and out of the body follows a rhythm. The beating of our heart, the intake of food and water, and the release of waste are all rhythmic. The body has a multitude of rhythmic functions, and so do our lives.
We rhythmically wake up every morning, go to bed at night, brush our teeth, eat throughout the day, pay our bills, pay our taxes, get haircuts, and maintain our cars, homes and clothes. If we have a profession or business then rhythmic procedures happen all the time.
Actually, if we don’t have good rhythmic procedures in place in our life and business then things start to break down. When it’s time to eat there is no food in the house. Revenue doesn’t meet expenses because the rhythmic flow is out of sync. Homework isn’t finished. Meetings are missed, the laundry isn’t done, and new clients aren’t routinely brought into the business to replace those completing service.

Have you ever walked into a messy room and noticed that you suddenly feel overwhelmed? I know from experience, that if my desk is full of clutter I automatically feel like there is too much to do and I can’t focus effectively. Disorder causes energetic leaks. I know when I take a few minutes to bring order to a mess it frees my mind to focus on the task at hand.
Years ago when I was learning “Spiritual Laws,” the first law states that “a spiral swings out from disciplined order.” This means that a creation evolves or expands to its next level once the previous level has been brought into order. It is difficult to be effective at creation when there is a mess or disorder. The physical Earth realm functions best with order and beauty.
In business or in life, creating effective systems for handling things brings order and energy. Let’s take money clutter as an example. If your bills are all over the place it’s difficult to find them when it comes time to pay them. It takes extra time and starts the process with frustration. Libra Full Moon

A Special New Message from Lisa About the Libra Full Moon!

1) Libra as an archetype creates an energy that helps us discover the ways we can effectively work together to solve the problems we collectively face.
2) Gregg Braden makes several important points helpful for this full moon in his new book Deep Truth. “The key to addressing the crises threatening our survival lies in building partnerships based on mutual aid and cooperation to adapt to the changes, rather than in pointing fingers and assigning blame, which makes such alliances difficult. He goes on to say, “More than 400 peer-reviewed studies have concluded that violent competition and war directly contradict our deepest instincts of cooperation and nurturing. In other words, at the core of our truest nature we simply are not “wired” for war!”
3) Forgiveness of self and others provides a key to releasing any fear experienced. It opens an energy of peace internally that supports cooperation and collaboration.

Libra Full Moon
Aries Sun with the Full Moon in Libra creates a unique opportunity to connect to your individuation within your relationships. This fire/air combination reminds us that the best relationships are between two conscious individuated partners. Aries reminds Libra of the need for individuation, and Libra reminds Aries that you also need to consider your partner.
These beautiful archetypes balance each other when they remember to appreciate both their uniqueness and the gifts of the other. However, because full moons add intensity to any energy they amplify, if you are not open to honoring others’ points of view, you may end up frustrated. If you find yourself feeling challenged in your relationships during this window, take a look at where you can open to allow a breath of fresh Libra air to energize your passion.

~ Balance your relationships by honoring individuation and cooperation.
~ Consider others’ points of view about a situation you are facing.
~ Notice any life areas where you need to integrate opposites.
~ Host an event and enjoy your connection to others.
~ Plan a play date with a companion and enjoy each other’s company.
~ Intentionally create a peaceful and centered portion of the full moon window.
~ Do ceremony with your partner if you have one, or consciously partner with Spirit.

~ Evaluate and consider your current business options in any area and make a choice.
~ Write and send out communications that support unity and cooperation.
~ Appreciate your business partners and customers.
~ Think through ways you could create your business or professional life to more effectively meet your personal needs.
